So how did you do last week with the Coffee Break Workout? Was it easier for you to keep up with it since you knew it was only for 7 days instead of for 30? I know for me, looking that far ahead for the 30 day challenge can seem a little overwhelming at times. I really like challenging myself for the 7 days instead.
This week I want to challenge you to add in another set of exercises to it. For the next 7 days, challenge yourself to do the Coffee Break Work out to work your legs, and these 4 easy exercises to work on the arms.
If you need to take a day to rest in the middle of the week, let yourself. There is nothing that says that you have to do this every day. Some might even say that it is better to rest yourself every few days. I found for me, it got easier and easier for me every day with the Coffee Break Workout, but I did take a day inbetween as well, mainly because life got in the way that day.
