There are so many of the different "30 Day" Challenges out there right now. From Planks to Squats, from Arms to Legs. They are great for anyone who wants to challenge themselves to work out consistently and get in better shape.
Unfortunately for me, I'm the type of person who has trouble committing to a challenge for that long and actually seeing it through. I know this. I accept this. I'm not going to set myself up for failure again.
So instead, I am creating my own challenge. I'm creating my own 7 day challenge. I am going to commit for 7 days, to work out more. I can see that through. I have confidence in myself that I can stay committed for those 7 days. Then after that, I'll do another 7 day challenge... and another... and another...
For this first 7 day challenge, I am going to do the Coffee Break Work out. This is a series of exercises that you can do "with your coffee in your hand".
